Woah! It has been awhile since I have blogged! This past summer leading into the fall consisted of A LOT of traveling for photo shoots! Twice to Denver for Colorado mountain elopements, a wedding in the Berkshires of Massachusetts, and lots of back and forth driving from Miami to Nashville, from Nashville to Miami. Also had the opportunity to explore other parts of Tennessee including Memphis for a wedding. Photography has given me the pleasure of creating new friendships and hearing some of the most endearing love stories. How relational photography can be has always been one of my favorite characteristics about the art.
One of the new friendships I have made is with Tim and Laura! We had a 90 minute drive out to this secret spot in Tennessee where a cave is hidden behind a Pigley Wigley grocery store, ha! Talk about a find. We laughed over the story behind their boy chicken’s name Sue (Johnny Cash fan, anyone!?) and over their car speakers they introduced me to a band called “The Head and the Heart”. I’ve been told that you attract what you are and I’ve applied that outlook to those who invest into me for their photos. Instantly, I found myself relating to these two’s love for adventure and style.
Congratulations on your engagement, Tim & Laura! I’m excited for our next photo adventure on your wedding day!
